Papaya Smoothie

This is my favourite morning smoothie! It is filled with many healthy things and it tastes just so good! You can make a vegan or lactos free version of it very easy. Give it a try and blend it up!

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 papaya

1 banana

1 orange (fillets)

1 TSP chia seeds (optional), cashew nuts

1 TSP pure vanilla extract/sugar

some strawberry stalks or whole strawberries

liquid of choice: milk, water, almond milk, soy milk, orange juice (100% fruit)

INTRODUCTIONS:

Cut all fruits in smaller pieces and put them in a blender. Add your vanilla extract and chia seeds. Fill it up with milk of choice until all your ingredients are covered with liquid. Blend it up and ENJOY!
