Fresh Noodle Salad

Today I'd like to share my family's recepie for a delicious noodle salad! It is perfect for barbecues and parties! You can serve it as an appetizer or as a side dish to steak, etc. You can really be creative and add or replace any ingredient you like. For the hole recepie you won't need more time than 30 minutes. So let's start! I hope you like this recepie!
INGREDIENTS:
500g noodles, cooked in salt water and cooled down (I would use penne pasta or similar pasta)
1 jar Miracel Wip or mayonnaise (round about 400g or as much as you want)
1-2 Tbs liquid (vinegar, water, milk)
1 big paprika
5-6 pickles
100g cheese cube of choice
200-300g poultry sausage (for my german friends: Geflügelfleischwurst)
optional: some maize
optional: some tomato paste
fresh herbs of choice (I would use italien like basil, oregano, thyme)
cayenne pepper
pepper
some salt
INTRODUCTION:
For the dressing mix mayonnaise or Miracel Wip with herbs, tomato paste, liquid, pepper and some salt.Then chopp your paprika, pickles, sausage, cheese and mix them with the noodles.
Afer that add your viscous dressing and mix until everything is nice combined. Let it steep for a couple of hours in the fridge and then ENJOY with your guests, friends, family...
TIP: Pour cold water over your freshly cooked noodles to prevent them from sticking together. that also speeds up the cooling process.
