Fresh Berry Smoothie

This recepie will change every morning, afternoon, midnight snack time! The smoothie is super refreshing and boosts your energy balance! It helps you concentrate and it is full of vitamines and other good nutrition! All you need is a blender, mixer etc. Try it out and blend it up!

This recepie is for about 3 glasses.

INGRIEDIENTS:

1 banana (can be very ripe)

1 cup of berries (blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, rasberries...)

1/2 papaya

about 250ml of milk (you can really use lactose free if you need)

or nutmilk, soy milk, juice, water for a vegan smoothie

optional: 1-2 tsp chia seeds (very healthy!), some nuts of choice for creaminess

vanilla extract

INTRODUCTIONS:

Cut your bananas into smaller pieces and wash your berries. Take the flesh out of your papaya with a spoon (I would leave the seeds out to prevent the smoothie of a bitter taste. But you can eat them if you want). Put all ingredients together in your blender and blend it up! If the smoothie is to thik you can add more liquids. When you want a thicker smoothie you can just add more nuts and fruit (espacially banana) or some yoghurt, greek yoghurt or quark (my german friends ;) ).

Serve with a straw and ENJOY!
