Fresh Tomato Soup

Do you want a light appetizer for dinner or just a hot snack for lunch? This tomato soup will surprise you! It tastes super fresh and fruity. It is easy to make and it takes just a few minutes to cook. You will never need instant suops any longer!
INGREDIENTS:
2 cans pureed tomatoes (you can use chuncky if you like)
2-3 Tbs (hot) tomato paste
200ml milk or cream (if necessary lactose free)
2-3 Tbs parmesan cheese (you can leave it out if you want to save calories but it brings an awesome creaminess!)
salt, pepper, chili (if you want), italian herbs (oregano etc.)
1-2 tsp vegetable broth (it is optional but if you use it please leave out the salt)
10g fresh basil
INTRODUCTIONS:
Warm up your tomatoes in a small pot or saucepan until it boils up a bit. Add your tomato paste and vegetable broth, cheese, pepper, chilli and herbs. Deglaze with milk or cream and taste. Let it boil shortly and take it off the heat. Serve with fresh basil, some parmesan and balsamic cream and ENJOY!
