Belgian Waffles

Do you like soft and sweet Belgian Waffels? This recepie will beone of your favourites!
INGREDIENTS:
250g Flour of choice
50g Sugar or brown sugar
Vanilla Extract
A pinch of salt
20g Yeast
300ml Milk
40g Butter, melted
2 Eggs
optional: maple sirup, fresh berries, chocolate chips
INTRODUCTIONS:
Mix flour, salt, vanilla extract, and sugar in a bowl. Have your milk at 30°C and let the yeast melt in it. Let it sit for 5 minutes until it starts to form little bubbles. Combine the mixture with the ingredients in your bowl and wisk it all together. Then let it sit with a wet towel on top for about 10-20 minutes. Beat egg whites until you get a firm foam. Mix your egg yolks and butter (cooled down to room temperature) with all the other ingredients and let the dough sit for 20 minutes. After that time you can add the egg whites and carefully fold them in. Preheat your waffle maker and bake them for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Serve with ice cream, berries, whipped cream, chocolate or what you like. I hope you enjoy it!
